At H.C. Oswald Supply, we are committed to your satisfaction and offer a 30-day return window for unused, standard stock items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-fabricated components and special order equipment are subject to manufacturer-specific restocking fees or may be non-returnable.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team with your order number to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the items in their original industrial packaging, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided RMA label to the outside of the box and ship the package via a trackable carrier like UPS or FedEx to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the return for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
